I will be fishing the surf for stripers and use poppers and pencil lures 2 - 4.5 oz. I also use bucktails more often. What would be a good rod to use? I own a triflex rod for saltwater that I mainly use for fluking and I love your rods. I see your rods everywhere being used and my buddy has an older 10ft rod for plugging and dead sticking for stripers and blues. Please help me. Thanks.
