im wondering why top grade blanks (like the 50) not available in bit faster and heavier action IN SPINNING? looking for a while now for a 9'6 to 9'8 for at least a fast action with lure weight of 3/8 to 1.0 ounce. I've found one company that offers the it all, except that the blank is of 3rd grade/ midgrade only, weighing in about 3.4lbs for just the blank, a bit heavy considering todays technology. i wonder if you folks are considering or working on a similar model right now with your latest material. lets not forget about 14in long rear handle and at least 2.5in in front.
