Im looking for a new plug rod I would like to buy a XFC 802 but I have found a good deal on a 1313T or a cert pro X86MTC. These are basicaly the same rod besides the cert pro is lighter more sensitive and has more guides but they are the same power and line rating. Would these make a good plug rod for tadpollys kwickfish or an ocasional k13 k14 kwickfish but mainly for steelhead and smaller plugs. I realy like the fiberglass but I thought these wouldnt be to bad.

Those rods would work fairly well for you. I would suggest takeing a look at our XCC series of rods that have just come out. They are the same specs as the XCF series but they are now composite of glass and graphite. Lighter smaller diameter and the same actions. Hope this helps.
