Blank for Blue Fish from Piers

I have a customer who fishes for Blues from piers in NC with a casting rod, using live bait. Can someone give me some help on a rod blank?

How long of a rod is he

How long of a rod is he looking for? One or two Piece? Any more info would be helpfull.
