A friend of mine had his tackle stolen several weeks ago. Among the items taken was a factory Lamiglas surf rod. The model number was XS861MC. It was an 8.5' one piece conventional surf rod. I am attempting to build him a custom rod based on that factory model. The factory rod is no longer available. The blank it was built on was a GLB 102 1ML. The blank is no longer available. If you could help me locate the blank that would be a great help. I also need construction specs- handle and butt length (butt length= bottom of butt cap to the bottom edge of reel seat), guide sizing and spacing. Any help will be greatly appreciated. The factory rod was available as a stock/catalog item back in 2006 (last reference I have in my possession).
