Hi, I am 15 years old and I love to fish. I have been primarily surfcasting in cape cod, massachusetts and montuak, new york. I have been having trouble getting my line far enough out into the sea. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about what would be a good rod and reel for me. I am 15 years and 5 feat and 11 inches and have been fishing my whole entire life. I would really appreciate it if you could give me so suggestions on the rod(type and size) and reel I should use to give me a better success of catching more fish. Also if you had any suggestions of the type of line or lures I should be using with the rod. Also I usually fish for striped bass and blue fish.
