HSGSH rod?

I found a HSGSH 1082M rod for sale. What type of graphite is this? It is an 8 to 12 lb line rating so I am thinking it is an older steelhead drift fishing rod. What current series of rod (if any) would it be comparable to?

It is a rod built by a custom

It is a rod built by a custom builder out of one of our blanks. It is the same material that the LHS rods were built out of. Certified Pro would be the closest thing now.
