In the future, Could this be possible? A 9' XCF 1 piece 1/4-2 6-15, mod action, Med/Light power,
With a trigger grip. I get lucky enough to use my brother inlaws xcf 801's just thinking what an extra foot of rod would be like?

It is possible. However we have had less than ok sales on 9' 1pc salmon-steelhead rods in the past.
