I would like to build this blank to cast and pitch bucktails and lead head jigs in rips and bridges from 1 1/2 to 3 oz. What do you think. I will be targeting striped bass . I have the factory built inshore classic IC 66 H now. Its ratings are line 15-30 and lure 3/4 - 3 oz. I like the action on this rod but want to go with a 7 footer and also build it . The IC 84 MH ratings are 12-25 and 1/2 - 3 oz . The IC 84 H ratings are 15-30 and 1-4 oz. Which blank is the same as the Inshore classic I have but just at 7' . My problem is I cant see the blanks before I buy it because nobody stocks them where I live and If ordered Im stuck with it even if its not the action Im looking for. So basically all this boils down to is which blank is the 7' version of the Inshore Classic IC 66 H. Sorry for rambling and THANKS !
