1. I own a firetip but want something a bit more backbone. I want to build a 1pc fiberglass trolling pole for mag warts for chinook. I was thinking the BSP 962 or BMB 96 ie. any suggestions?
2. I want to build my dad a 1pc wiggle wart trolling rod for coho. What blank to you recommend? I plan to spiral wrapping the guides and putting on a tekota 300lc reel.

For 2012 we are introducing a series of rods called the Kwik series. This past couple years after our introduction of the Kenai Kwik's XCC 934 and XCC 1064 they have been a huge hit and fish like no other most all guides who fish our product have switched over to them. So we decided to transfer all of our XCF (Fiberglass) Certified Pro models over to Composite. They have the same actions with same duribility but lighter weight and thinner diameter. They feel and fish awsome. I would hold off for just a bit and look in to the XCC 802's we will have blanks available for them as well. They will work out just right for what you are looking for.
