What are the Spec's "1316t"

I am looking at a rod someone has, He says its a Kenai Killer model 1316t. Does anyone have the spec's on this model. He says its 9 feet long, but whats the power, action, and line weight on this one. Thanks.

Kenai Killer. 9' rated 2-6 ounces and 20-50lb line. Fast action. Extra Heavy.
