The west coast steelheader tends to like a shorter rear grip 5-6" max i found the handle on the 11'3" cer tified pro too long and choped it down will this void the waranty? Performs great and I have landed B.C brute steel up to 22 lbs
How bout making a sliding seat handle ..

We originally offered that rod with a 6” rear grip. But at the Abbotsford show in BC we asked hundreds of people and everyone wanted a longer rear grip. We have offered slip ring reel seats in the past with poor sales.
