Shakey Head Rod/Blank

I would like to build a spinning rod to fish 1/8 - 1/4 oz shakey heads. I typically use 10# braid and fish in 10 - 30 feet of water.

I was wondering what are the best choices?

If you prefer shorter rods

If you prefer shorter rods the Xs661 or EXS661 if you like a little longer the EXS702 would be great.
