i'd look into something in the tri flex series for use on a party boat, reason being it would handle more abuse.
bigfish is correct. This would be a good decision. The TFX 7030 C would be a great choice. They are a composite rod. So you will still have the sensitivity. You will also have increased durability with the fiberglass in the blank. This model is 7' rated 15-30# test with a fast action. Hope this helps have a great day.
