heavy drift rod

hello, im looking for a heavier bait caster drift rod, specifically for 2-3oz of lead, i've gone through your forums and browsed your online rod selection, right now i'm using a RR 86 MTC 3/8-2oz which seems to work alright. i'm also wondering what the exact application the RR 86 MTC was designed for. also possibly a 9'6" rod for plunking around 8-12oz because right now im using a 7'9" 2-8oz cert pro back bouncer thats just too short. thanks for any help!

If you are going to be using

If you are going to be using that much weight I would reccomend that you use our G 1344-T Kenai Force. This rod is designed for that amount of weight. The RR 86MTC was designed as a rod for the Rogue as an in between rod. Heavy for half pounders but great for spring chinook and light fall chinook. As far as a plunking rod goes how much are you willing to sway on rod length and do you want spinning or casting, two piece or one piece. The extra info will help me get you into the exact rod you need.
