I recently acquired a fly rod, perhaps someone can tell me something about it. It's marked "U.S. Rods 88" "Lamiglas Engineered Graphite 7 1/2' GF90" Bl Wt 1 3/8 oz. / Line #5 or #6" "FL88017"

The seat is marked FPS-D16G Product of Japan

I understand it's a 5/6 wt fly rod and apparently the blank weighs 1 3/8 oz.

Can anyone tell me if this was a rod manufactured by Lamiglas or a Lamiglas blank used by U.S. Rods whom I've never heard of? What era is it from? Who is/was U.S. Rods? Value if any? Anything else?
