Plugging rod advice

Hi,

I'm looking for a long cast steelhead spinning rod to cast spoons between 1/2 and 1 oz.
I have the G 1307 12lb 3/8-3/4 oz.
The action of my G 1307 is nice but the rod is to short and the c.w. too light.
The new rod should have a parabolic action (no tip action) and a fast acceleration.
Which Lamiglas rod would be the best for my range of use?

Thanks

The two models that fit your description would be either the X 96 JS or the X 10 MS The JS is 9'6" rated at 6-15# test and the MS is 10' rated at 8-12# test. Both have the action you desire if you go any heavier the action will be faster and more in the Tip of the rod.

Thanks for your help. Both

Thanks for your help.
Both rods are only rated to cast up to 3/4 oz. I've to cast 1 oz. with full power.
Do you know if they will cast 1 oz?
The X 10 MS is the most interesting for me, because the X 96 JS has a tip size like my pike rods :)

They will both cast 1 ounce

They will both cast 1 ounce with no problem.
