I want to get a 10 ft conventional rod for fishing Pompano primarily from the pier and surf. I am going to put a Daiwa Sealine X-20 SHV reel on it. I want to be able to use both braid and monofilament. I'll be using from 3oz to 5oz sinkers depending on the weather. Mostly casting a chicken rig with sand fleas. It can be either a 2 piece or 1 piece rod whichever is better for my application. Thanks for your help in advance.
