Ok so i am thinkin about buy the RR 90 mls rod, i just dont know what size reel to get????
and any suggestions?

I do not know what price range you are looking in but the Shimano 2500 size would be a great size. For the money the Shimano Sedona 2500 is a great reel if you do not mind spending a little more I have had great luck with the Symetre 2500 I hope this helps.
