I recently had Tue new xmg 110-2m built. After feeling the rod I am now wondering what kind of rod the blank was designed for, I originally had it made to be a drift rod for stealhead that would have enough backbone for salmon. As I am now thinking it feels more along the line as a spoon rod or a straight salmon rod due to the fact it does not feel that flimsy, or sensitive. Maybe its just because I am used to all of my side drifting rods theses days...pleas if anybody has any info on his new blank or there two cents all info will help.
