I have 2 older XPC 703 Flats Series rods. Have seen some new XPC 703 rods called Poppin rods. Are these the same rods?

Yes they are the same blank.

Yes they are the same blank. They no longer have (Flats Series) written on them. But they are the same. Hope this helps have a great day.
