I am gettign a new rod this spring from a friend and a bait and tackle store, he orders the blanks from you. anyway spring feels like it is taking forever to get here so im trying to find out exactly what rod i want. i Fish long island North and South shore, mostly south shore during the fall run for stripers. i was looking for an 11ft rod. i do use plugs but nothing bigger then 3 oz. the person ik was pushing me in the direction for a GSB1321M and GSB1321L. i like how the L is a little bit more fast action, but would i be kickin myself in the butt if im throwing a 3 oz with it? or would that be fine? thanks
