Looking to buy blanks

Hey guy I'm new to rod building and would like some advice. For my first rod I wanna build a 7ft boat rod for stripers (chunking and jigging)that could double as a Tog rod? I've never bought a blank so I need all the help I can get. Where can I purchase these blanks and what do you recommend?
