Howdy All,
I did not make it to the big sale at Lamiglas on Saturday but did manage to purchase
a Lamiglas rod on Sunday. This rod is used and came like a package.
Came in a hard tube with the Lamiglas sticker (decal ) on the outside.
In a rod sock (plaid) with two tips and rod butt section.
The blank is gray in color and is labeled " esprit graphite" S 84 CC . 84 Magnum
Line wt. 8-25 lb. test with two lure weights. 6-5/8 and 1/4 to 1-3/4 oz.
This rod is used but in very good condition. The reel seat area is a little different than
what I am used to. The aft portion is the cork cut at a chamfer with a pocket for the reel foot.
I can't wait to give this rod a try from the driftboat. Is the lighter tip for steelhead use and
the heavier tip for salmon? Anyone have an idea on a manufacter date?

First off you did not miss the sale it is Saturday the 22nd of November.
As far as the date your rod was made. I will look on Monday morning in some of the older catalogs and see if I can come up with the last year that particular model was made. I will let you know.

I looked into the MFG. Dates on that mod. # the last year we made them was right around 1992. We made them for 10 years though so it would be very hard for me to pin point a date for you. Sorry I could not get any more specific then that. I do hope this helps. Have a great day.
