10' lamiglas blanks weigh more than 11' blanks in both SSU and GSB. Why?

They have a thicker butt diameter and the same tip size. How could the 9' M be half the weight of the 10' M and the 11' MH weighs less than the 10'M?

Why is the 10M heavier?

I understand that rods have different tapers, but can it be that dramatic in the same series of rods.

Any ideas?

We have a misprint in the

We have a misprint in the catalogue it should say 6.6oz on the ssu1201m.
